Each 500g package contains premium-grade seed pieces selected for vigor and viability. Dakota varieties perform well in cool climates and produce uniform, versatile potatoes suitable for boiling, mashing, and storage. Plant in well-draining soil after the last frost. Space seed pieces 30cm apart in rows 60cm apart, and hill soil around developing plants as they grow. Harvest 70–80 days after planting for peak quality.
