An update of the classic Jersey tomato first bred at Rutgers University in 1934, released for the university's 250th anniversary with improved flavour, fruit quality and yield. Smooth, medium to large globe fruits with crack-resistant skin and a good sweet-acid balance for salads, sandwiches and sauces.
