Perfect for adding texture to flower borders, Poppy ‘Rose Feathers’ explodes into a puff of bright pink petals, each pom-pom flower reaching up to 10cm across. The impressive blooms float on long stems above blue/green foliage and are followed by attractive seed heads. The eye-catching flowers of Poppy ‘Rose Feathers’ are ideal for contrasting alongside simpler flower shapes. Sow in succession and deadhead regularly for a constant supply of flowers. Height: 90cm (35in). Spread: 40cm (16in).

Sowing Information

Direct sow Poppy seeds outdoors where they are to grow in spring or autumn. Choose a position in full sun on fertile, well drained soil which has been raked to a fine tilth. Sow seeds thinly, just below the soil surface. Water the ground regularly, especially during dry periods. Germination usually takes 7 - 14 days. When Poppy seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them out to 30cm (12”) apart.
