Ideal for spicing up your summer borders and pots, mix with vibrant pinks and blues to create the look! With longer stems this is the ideal marigold for cutting. Use the flowerheads for garlands to dress your garden and home throughout the summer, perfect for BBQ's and party decor as well as jazzing up your outdoor plantings! Flowers July-September. Height 60-70cm (24-28"). HHA - Half hardy annual.

Growing Information

Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 15-20ºC (60-68ºF) using a good quality, finely sieved, moist compost, pressing the seed gently into the surface. Cover with 6mm (¼") of compost, germination 10-21 days. Transplant seedlings, spacing out 5cm (2") apart in trays and grow on. Acclimatise plants gradually before planting out 30cm (12") apart in an open sunny position. Alternatively sow direct outside April-May into finely raked, moist, warm, weed-free soil.
