Sowing Information
Choose a sunny spot in the garden with weed-free soil. Dig and rake the soil to a fine crumbly surface. Using the corner of a hoe or rake draw a groove into moist soil. Gently separate tapes and roll out along the groove. Cover with 1cm ( 1?2") of soil and keep moist. Thin the seedlings to around 20cm (8") apart. Use larger thinning for salads.
For a constant supply of lettuce sow at two weekly intervals. Remember, you can cut the tape to suit row length.
