Broccoli, Waltham #29

The Seed Company by E.W. Gaze

This cool-weather relative of cabbage is easy to grow, producing a large head. The vitamin-rich head is actually a cluster of tiny flower buds. After the head is harvested, it "sprouts" numerous smaller heads. Sow in early spring or fall, or plant transplants. Delicious fresh, frozen, raw, or steamed.

80-100 Days to Maturity, 60-80 from transplants.
