Broccoli, Rapini

The Seed Company by E.W. Gaze

This unique and popular Italian variety has been long grown for its tasty, nutritious stalks. Plants prefer cool-weather and are easy to grow. The vitamin-rich head is actually a cluster of tiny flower buds. After the head is harvested, it "sprouts" numerous smaller heads. Sow in early spring or fall, or plant transplants. Delicious fresh, frozen, raw, or steamed.

80-100 Days to Maturity, 60-80 from transplants.
