Sowing Information
Sow in small pots or trays in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse about 6mm (4") deep in a good quality seed compost. Keep just moist and germinate at about 13-18°C (55-65°F) (Germination 7-21 days). Transplant seedlings singly into further pots when large enough to handle and grow on before planting out 15cm (6") apart, when danger of frost has passed. Alternatively, sow direct outside in prepared moist soil where intended to flower in April or May.
